Your Reviews Are Strong. So Why Are Customers Finding Someone Else?

Most local businesses only see Google from their own phone, at their own desk, where they always show up. A customer two miles away sees a different map. And when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, it may name three competitors and never mention you. The Coverage Review shows you the map, the searches and the AI answers your customers actually see.

Everything a New Customer Sees, Measured and Explained

Google Maps heat maps

Your rank at 49 spots around your location for the searches that matter, in color: top 3, 4 to 10, 11 to 20, or not found. Plus who holds the map pack instead.

Search demand and seasonality

How many people search for what you offer each month, which months are busy, and what the coming season looked like last year. Straight from Google's own advertising data.

AI visibility

Real customer questions put to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Whether they recommend you, who they recommend instead, and which websites they get their answers from.

Google Business Profile check

Rating, reviews, duplicate listings, hours, phone number and website link, checked against what your website says.

Website review

Google Lighthouse speed and accessibility scores on phone and desktop, plus a plain-language checklist: business data Google and AI can read, tracking, sitemap, security and more.

A ranked fix list

The four to six changes that would move the needle most, in order, each tied to a finding. A plan, not a sales pitch.

Picture a New Customer Standing on Every Corner

Each dot on the map is a spot about half a mile apart. The number is where your business ranks for someone searching from that spot who has never heard of you. Green means you're in the top 3, the map pack that gets most of the calls. Red means you're past the first page. It's the baseline: real searches vary a little by person and device, but this is the view a stranger gets.

Want to See the Fix? We Can Show You.

For some businesses we go a step further and rebuild the website as a private preview. We run the same tests on your current site and the preview, side by side, so you see the difference in speed, accessibility and what Google can read, before you commit to anything.

How the Coverage Review Works

1

Tell us your business.

2

We measure from the outside.

3

You get your report.

A private online report with every map in full color, plus a printed copy if you prefer paper.

4

We walk you through it.

A free 30-minute call to go over what we found and what we would fix first.

Real Data, Clearly Explained

  • Every number comes from a real source: Google Places, Google Ads Keyword Planner, Google Lighthouse, and the AI assistants' own answers.
  • Methods and limits are written into the report. We tell you what each measurement can and cannot show.
  • Nothing is invented for effect. If the data is thin, the report says so.
  • Measured the same way every time, so we can run it again later and show what improved.

Your First Report Becomes Your Baseline

If you decide to work with us, this review becomes the starting point of your ROCK plan. We run the same checks again as the work lands, so you see the change in map rankings, AI mentions and website scores side by side, not just a promise that things are better.

Questions

Do you need my passwords or access to my accounts?

No. Everything is measured from the outside, the way a new customer sees you. If you become a client, we connect your Google accounts later to add your own traffic and call data.

How long does it take?

Most reviews are ready within a few business days of your request.

What does it cost?

The Coverage Review is free for qualified local businesses.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Local businesses that depend on customers nearby: restaurants, dental and medical practices, home services, retail, studios and more. If people search for what you do with "near me" or your town's name, this report applies to you.

Which searches do you check?

Three to five real searches your customers type, chosen with Google's own search volume data, such as "seafood restaurant near me" or "dentist in Miami Lakes".

Why does my business look different on my own phone?

Google personalizes results by location and history. Your phone knows your business. The heat map shows what a stranger sees from each spot around you, which is the view that wins new customers.

Can I share the report?

Yes. You get a private link you can forward to a partner or manager. It stays active for 90 days and we can extend it.

What happens after the review?

We offer a free 30-minute walkthrough. There's no obligation. If you want help fixing what we found, the ROCK Plan picks up right where the review leaves off.
