Website Privacy & Accessibility Check

See what your website shares about your visitors, whether your cookie banner does what it says, and where people using a keyboard or screen reader get stuck. We visit your site the way a new visitor would and email you a plain-English report.

  • Free, no login or access needed
  • Up to 12 pages checked
  • Report in your inbox in minutes

Check My Website

Enter your website and where to send the report. The check takes a few minutes, and the report arrives by email.

  • Legal pages, trackers, cookie choices, accessibility and forms
  • Every finding shows what we saw and how to check it yourself
  • No changes to your site, no forms submitted, no logins

We use your details to send the report and, if you ask, the newsletter. See our Privacy Policy. The report records what an automated scan observed. It is not legal advice.

Your check is running

We are visiting now. The report will arrive at in about 5 to 10 minutes, from [email protected].

Nothing there after 15 minutes? Check your spam folder, or email [email protected].

Five Checks, in Plain English

Websites often collect more than their owners realize: a pixel a past agency added, a chat widget, a recording tool left over from a trial. The check shows what is actually running, and what your visitors see.

Legal pages

Is there a privacy policy, does the link work, and does it cover what the site actually does?

Trackers

Every outside service that receives visitor data, and whether your policy mentions it.

Cookie choices

What loads before a choice, after Reject, after Accept, and after someone changes their mind.

Accessibility

Automated checks against WCAG 2.2 on desktop and phone: contrast, labels, keyboard use and more.

Forms

What your forms ask for, where the details go, and whether recording tools run on those pages.

What You Get

A report you can act on, not a score. Each finding says how sure we are and whether it depends on your situation.

  • Evidence for every findingThe actual requests, cookies and code snippets the scan recorded, so nothing rests on our word.
  • See it yourselfShort steps to confirm each finding in your own browser.
  • A before and after tableWhich services run before a visitor chooses, after Reject and after Accept.
  • Questions only you can answerWhere your customers are, and what your forms collect, decide how much some findings matter.
High priority

Session recording runs on pages with forms

Forms · Likely · Depends on your situation

Why it matters

Session recording tools can capture what visitors type unless they are set to mask form fields.

It depends. On what the form asks for and how the recording tool is set up.

What the scan saw

Requests to clarity.ms/collect on the contact page.

What to do

Turn on input masking for every form field, or exclude form pages from recording.

An example finding, as it appears in the report.

How It Works

1

Enter your website

Confirm you own or manage it and tell us where to send the report.

2

We visit like a new visitor

An automated browser loads up to 12 pages, tries the cookie banner four ways and runs accessibility checks. It identifies itself as ReleasedSolutionsCheck.

3

The report lands in your inbox

A private link, good for 90 days. Fix something and run the check again after 24 hours.

What This Check Is, and Is Not

It is

  • A look at what any visitor's browser receives
  • Specific findings with evidence and next steps
  • A starting point for a conversation with your web developer

It is not

  • Legal advice. For legal questions, talk to a lawyer licensed where you do business.
  • A security test. It does not log in or probe for weaknesses.
  • A full accessibility audit. Automated checks catch only part of what affects people with disabilities.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no catch beyond an offer to walk through the findings with you on a free call, if you want one.

Will the check change anything on my site?

No. It only loads pages, the same way a visitor does. It does not submit forms, log in, or change settings. Your analytics may count a few visits from it.

Why do I have to own or manage the website?

The report describes how a site handles its visitors. That belongs with the people responsible for the site, so we only send it to them.

How long does it take?

Usually 5 to 10 minutes from the moment you click. Larger or slower sites can take a little longer.

My site has a cookie banner. Why might the report say it saw none?

Many banners only appear to visitors in certain countries or states. The check runs from the United States, and the report says so.

Can I run it again after I fix something?

Yes, once every 24 hours per website. The report has a "Check again" button.

Want Someone to Walk Through It With You?

Run the check, then book a free 30-minute call. We will go through the findings, sort the quick fixes from the ones that can wait, and answer the questions only you can answer.
