Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the releasedsolutions.net website, the services Released Solutions LLC provides (“Released Solutions”, “we”, “us”), and the Released Solutions Clients Portal at clients.releasedsolutions.net (the “Portal”). By using the website, signing in to the Portal or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Portal for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. Our services

We provide digital marketing, website design, website maintenance and related services. The specific work, price and timeline for each client are set out in a proposal, quote or plan. If a proposal or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or signed agreement controls for that work.

2. Using our website

You may browse the website, read and share our articles, and use our free tools for your own business. When using the website, do not:

  • copy or republish whole articles, tools, graphics or page designs without our written permission. Linking to a page or quoting a short passage with credit to Released Solutions is welcome;
  • use automated means to scrape the website, overload it, or get around any security or access control;
  • submit false information, other people’s personal information without their permission, or content that is unlawful, harmful or abusive;
  • use the website or our tools to break any law or to harm another business or person.

The website links to and embeds services run by other companies, for example scheduling, maps and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

3. Free tools, assessments and quizzes

Our free quizzes, calculators, checkups, readiness assessments and website scanners give general guidance based on your answers, publicly available information and published industry benchmarks. Their scores, estimates and recommendations are a starting point for a conversation, not professional advice and not a promise of any result. Benchmarks are averages and your results will differ.

Only scan a website you own or are authorized to review. Our scanners read the public pages of the address you enter, the way a visitor or search engine would, and do not log in or change anything. When a tool asks for your name or email address to send you a report, we use that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Articles and resources

Our articles, guides, checklists and newsletter are general educational information about marketing, websites and technology. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Platforms, prices and rules change quickly, so check current details before acting on them, and ask a qualified professional about your own situation.

5. Email and booking a call

If you receive our newsletter or other emails, you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. Booking a discovery call does not create any obligation for you or for us. A client relationship begins only when you accept a proposal, quote or plan.

6. Text message alerts

With your permission, we send text messages about your work with us: project updates and alerts when our systems finish a task, such as a completed website change or a finished report. We do not send marketing texts.

  • You agree to receive these texts when you give us your mobile number for updates. Agreeing is not a condition of buying any service.
  • How often we text depends on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call or text 786-254-1887 or email [email protected].
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We never sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

7. The Clients Portal

The Portal is where clients request, approve and review changes to the websites we maintain for them. These rules apply to everyone who signs in:

  • Your account is personal. Do not share your sign-in. Each person gets their own account so approvals and decisions can be traced to the right person.
  • Roles. Each client organization has one Owner. The Owner decides who is added to the account and what each person may request, approve, accept or sign. You may act only within the role you were given.
  • Two-step verification. Organization Owners and our staff must use two-step verification (an authenticator app) to sign in.
  • No secrets in messages. Never put passwords, payment card numbers or similar secrets in requests, messages or uploads. The Portal removes anything that looks like a secret and asks you to use a secure channel instead.
  • Acceptable use. Do not try to access another organization’s information, test the Portal’s security without our written permission, upload malware, or use the Portal to harass anyone.
  • Suspension. We may suspend an account that puts other clients, our staff or any website at risk. We will tell the organization’s Owner why.

8. Requests, approvals and acceptance

  • We review each request, may ask clarifying questions, and propose the specific change before carrying it out.
  • A change goes live only as allowed by your organization’s approval settings and the Website Automation Authorization for that website. An approval applies to the exact change shown. If the change is modified, it needs a new approval.
  • We mark work delivered after we have checked it. Where your settings require it, a person with acceptance authority accepts the work or asks for corrections. Silence is never treated as acceptance.
  • Corrections within the original request are part of that request. New requirements are a new request.
  • Response and completion times shown in the Portal are targets measured in our business hours, not guarantees.

9. Website access and automation

Where you authorize it, we connect to your website using a dedicated connector or limited server access. Each website needs its own written Website Automation Authorization, signed in the Portal by a person with agreement authority for your organization. It lists the kinds of changes we may make. Unless you separately approve it in writing, we do not change forms, booking tools, checkout, phone or ordering links, analytics or tracking tags, themes, plugins, WordPress core, server settings or user accounts on your website.

Before a change we take a snapshot, and after it we check the live page. If a check fails we fix or roll back our change and tell you. If your website changed since we prepared a change, we stop and ask instead of overwriting. You can pause automation or revoke an authorization in the Portal at any time.

10. AI assistance

Some steps use AI tools, for example to summarize a request, draft a proposed change or check a page. AI output is only a proposal: our rules and our staff decide what is actually changed, and AI is never the one who approves a change on your behalf. Our main AI provider is Anthropic (Claude), through its business API, which does not use your information to train its models. We also use OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity and Google (Gemini), mainly to check how a business appears in AI search answers. Those checks send the kind of questions a customer would ask, such as a business name, service and city, not private client information. We send only the information a task needs, with secrets removed. Content on web pages and in uploaded files is treated as data, never as instructions to our systems.

11. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate instructions and only submit content you have the right to publish, including text, images, logos, testimonials and photos of people. Tell us when photos show identifiable people and whether you have their consent.
  • Keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
  • Make sure the people you add to your account have the authority their role gives them.

12. Content and ownership

Your website and its content remain yours. You give us permission to use, copy and modify the content you provide only as needed to deliver our services. We keep ownership of our own tools, software, templates and know-how, including the Portal.

13. Fees

Fees and billing terms are set out in your plan, proposal or quote and are invoiced as agreed in writing. We will never start work that costs extra without your explicit approval of the price and scope.

14. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, sales or any return on investment. When we report results, we show how the numbers were measured and their limits. The website, our free tools and the Portal are provided “as is”. We work to keep them available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.

15. Privacy and records

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Inside the Portal, the Privacy and AI Processing Notice explains what the Portal collects, which providers process it and how long it is kept. The Portal keeps a tamper-evident record of who did what and when. Your organization can export its records from the Portal at any time.

16. Ending the service

Either party may end ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice, unless your proposal or agreement says otherwise. When services end, we stop scheduled work, give you an export of your records, and help transfer website access back to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects Portal users, the Portal will ask you to accept the new version before it applies to you.

20. Contact us

Questions or notices about these Terms: [email protected]. Notices to a client go to the Owner’s email address in the Portal.
